Luke has been preaching the Gospel and ministering since 1997 as a sophomore in high school. He was raised and born again as a Southern Baptist but became filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 12 under the ministry of Pastor Steve Hayes of Oklahoma City. Luke’s life and ministry was greatly influenced by revival meetings he sat in as a young man that were held by his current Pastor Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne of the River Church in Tampa Bay. He attended Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK in 2002-2003 under Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty. Luke and Lindsay met as kids at church and joined in marriage in November of 2000.

Luke and Lindsay started Kelley Ministries International in 2002 as their evangelistic association. They served as children pastors, youth pastors and associate pastors over the years. Luke and Lindsay have founded and still operate several successful businesses. In March of 2023, Luke and Lindsay made their biggest announcement to date- the launch of Great Faith Church! A church that won’t back down from the Word of God or the power of the Holy Spirit. A church that wins souls. A church where lives and families can be healed and restored. A Church that will be a blessing to all it reaches. A local Church with a Global impact. Great Faith Church opened for its first service on June 25th 2023.
